West Bethesda Pool Care
West Bethesda Pool Service Under the Oaks
The Art of Complete Pool Care
Your pool should be the easiest part of your property. We keep it that way with steady, dependable care year after year.
West Bethesda Pool Building, Openings and Weekly Care
West Bethesda, in the 20817 ZIP code, includes Bradley Hills, Bradley Hills Grove, Burning Tree and Bannockburn. Bradley Boulevard and River Road run through it. Bethesda Country Club, Burning Tree Club and Congressional Country Club are all nearby, as are the Wildwood and Cabin John shopping centers. In Bradley Hills, many homes sit on large, private lots under mature oaks.
Building on a wooded lot comes with a county rule. Montgomery County’s Tree Canopy Law applies when a project needs a sediment control permit. That permit is generally required when work disturbs more than 5,000 square feet of land, and the county notes that many swimming pools need one. When the law applies, you plant new shade trees or pay a fee.
PoolTek has built, renovated and serviced pools in Montgomery County since 1986. Get to know PoolTek.

Why West Bethesda Homeowners Choose PoolTek
One complaint that shows up in local pool company reviews: a pool that stays green after service, with each extra visit billed on top. A proper opening helps head that off.
Our opening service includes equipment startup and inspection, balanced water with an initial chlorine shock, and a full vacuum and brush. We’re also a dealer and warranty station, so we can offer longer warranties on many products.
