Custom Gunite Pool Construction in North Bethesda MD

The Art of Custom Pool Construction

A great pool starts long before the water goes in. We bring the planning and care that turn your idea into a pool built to last.

Designed Around You

A gunite pool gives you the most freedom of any pool type. It can be almost any shape, size or depth. It’s built on site to fit your home and yard, and it’s made to last for decades with good care.

What is a Gunite Pool?

Gunite is a concrete mix sprayed over a frame of steel rebar. It forms a solid, permanent shell. Because it’s shaped on site, the design can follow your yard and your home’s style.

Designed Without Limits

Want clean, straight lines? A freeform shape? Several levels? Gunite can do it. Steps, tanning ledges, swim-out benches and a built-in spa can all be shaped right into the shell.

Strength That Lasts

Steel and concrete make a very strong shell. That’s why gunite works well on sloped lots and for large pools. With care and a new finish every so often, a gunite pool can last for decades.

Finishes and Looks

The shell is finished with plaster, aggregate or tile. Our in-house masons install brick or granite coping, tile from US Pool Tile and Classic Pool Tile & Stone, and WetEdge aggregate plaster. As an NPC Certified Plaster Start-Up Company, we start up new plaster the right way.

Features Built In

Add waterfalls, a raised spa, custom steps and LED lighting. Automation lets you run lights, heat and filtering from your phone.

A Long-Term Investment

A gunite pool can be refinished and updated over time, so it grows with your family. And when the finish wears, our gunite renovation team is already your pool company.
